I’ll contact you after purchase via email and we will find a time that works best for both of us. I’ll send out an invite (you can add as many people as you want to our meeting – great for teams!) as well as directions for a screen-share.
Prior to our meeting I’ll send you a short list of questions as I need a bit of background info about your website, business, competitors, and goals. I conduct at a minimum 15 mins of research prior to our scheduled call (don’t worry I’m fast) and then will share the results with you via screen-share and conference call.

Problem: Why are you calling me? What problem are you trying to solve?
Strategy: What is the business trying to do?
Previous Solutions: What have you done to solve the problem, and why has it not succeeded?
Resources: What resources are available such as time, money, skills, tools, software to use to solve the problem this time?
Expectations: Outline what you are hoping to achieve from consulting with me
Timeframe: How soon do you need results (besides for immediately)?
